• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of individual clients and groups, utilizing videoconferencing platforms and secure messaging systems.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique mental health challenges of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with a remote interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurse practitioners, and other licensed social workers, to provide holistic care and ensure coordinated efforts for client recovery.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records using an electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. As an LICSW within our clinic, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, providing them with tools and strategies to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services that address mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with and support a broad spectrum of clients.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and adherence to ethical practice guidelines in social work.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth capacity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that include collaboration with medical professionals.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications.
