Remote Nursing Assistants play a crucial role in supporting on-site healthcare teams by providing virtual patient monitoring, documentation, and communication. They frequently interact with nurses and physicians via secure digital platforms to share patient updates, relay vital information, and ensure timely follow-ups. Their responsibilities may include monitoring patient data, assisting with virtual check-ins, updating records, and communicating with patients or caregivers via phone or video calls.
