What You Get to Do:
  • Provide remote nursing support to clinic teams by focusing on RN tasking, lab reports, patient communication, and care coordination.
  • Complete nurse lab reports in the morning and ensure timely review, follow-up, and documentation.
  • Manage the clinic task box and patient portal in a timely and accurate manner, including patient outreach, education, and coordination with providers and care teams.
  • You will support abnormal lab result workflows and treat per protocol when appropriate.
  • You may be asked to help with outreaching any walk-in patients requiring triage.
  • Collaborate with providers, pod teams, and remote nursing team to support and help facilitate patient care.
  • Occasionally assist remotely with other sites with high task volumes?
  • Although this role is primarily remote, team members may be asked to assist in person to support clinical coverage.
    • You will attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
    • You will get to work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI's, etc.
    • You get to do Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
    • Assess walk-in Triage patients
    • You will build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.

Work Environment:
  • Remote workspace at home in CO must include a HIPAA compliant space.

Compensation: Approximately $34.70 - $43.95 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
