Job description

Join the world's largest independent Master Data Management (MDM) vendor and lead growth in one of our most strategic markets! The VP of Sales, North America is responsible for leading our customer growth and account management efforts across the U.S. and should be located anywhere in the East Coast.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on this critical leadership role. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies that not only drive expansion within existing accounts but also ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen executive relationships, and enhance brand recognition throughout the region.

The job

Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners while identifying opportunities for expansion, retention, and long-term value creation across one of our most strategic customer portfolios.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth, customer retention, and expansion across existing customers and partners throughout North America
  • Identify and understand unique opportunities and challenges within strategic enterprise accounts and key industries across the North American market
  • Create and expand executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to maximize customer value, adoption, and long-term partnership success
  • Devise and execute comprehensive account growth strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for the region, including approaches for account management, customer success, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and alliances
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of account executives, account managers, customer success professionals, operations personnel, and alliance directors
  • Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of customer obsession, accountability, collaboration, and achievement
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and exceptional customer experience
  • Drive customer advocacy, referenceability, and long-term partnership success to strengthen Stibo Systems' position within strategic enterprise accounts
  • Strong preference for experience managing large enterprise software accounts, particularly within Master Data Management (MDM), Data Management, or SaaS environments

We are searching for a dynamic and driven Vice President of Sales, North America who embodies a strong customer-centric mindset and boasts a proven track record in driving account expansion, customer retention, and long-term revenue growth within the U.S.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of managing complex enterprise relationships and navigating large strategic accounts.

You should excel at developing and executing account growth strategies that maximize customer value, increase adoption, and strengthen executive partnerships. As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by cultivating strategic relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding our presence within key enterprise accounts throughout the region.

Moreover, you have:

  • Proven 10+ year track record of sales leadership, driving account growth, customer retention, and revenue expansion within North America
  • Extensive experience in enterprise account management, customer success, renewals, and strategic account planning, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Previous success in developing and executing effective account growth strategies in the U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing customer-facing organization and foster a strong positive team culture
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking capabilities to navigate complex customer environments and evolving business needs
  • Experience in the software industry, preferably with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and SaaS solutions
  • Track record of growing strategic enterprise accounts and establishing trusted executive-level customer relationships
  • Proactive, resourceful, and visionary leader with a customer-centric approach to revenue growth
  • Experience using sales execution tools including Salesforce, Clari, and Microsoft collaboration tools
