This is a remote position.

Position Overview

GEO Academies is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative operations across the organization. This position will help coordinate schedules, maintain records, prepare documents, support internal communications, and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates professionally, manages competing priorities effectively, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and administrative activities.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, forms, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate electronic records and administrative files.
* Assist with scheduling and coordination between departments.
* Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding administrative tasks.
* Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up items when needed.
* Support internal communications and distribute information to appropriate team members.
* Enter and update information in organizational systems and databases.
* Assist with employee onboarding and other administrative processes.
* Help coordinate virtual meetings, presentations, and organizational events.
* Review documents and records for completeness and accuracy.
* Provide administrative support for special projects and department initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to improve administrative procedures and workflows.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
