  • Immerse yourself in the world of litigation as you collaborate with Senior Partners and engage in thorough case briefings and debriefings.
  • With a solid grasp of Chapter 440, you will adeptly cite workers' compensation law during depositions. Additionally, become proficient in utilizing virtual hearing platforms to enhance client interactions and navigate essential legal technology, including case management software such as Clio, video conferencing tools like TEAMS, and legal researching tools such as LexisNexis & Westlaw.
  • Primary function will be as legal defense for claimants emphasizing workplace injuries under Chapter 440.
