Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time, remote Outbound SDR/BDR to drive top-of-funnel pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting. This position is aligned with U.S. business hours, meaning you'll work night shifts in your local timezone (Philippines or India preferred). You will reach senior IT decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 500+ outbound calls/day using Close CRM's power dialer, which automates call connections for efficiency
  • Send 400+ targeted cold emails/day via Close Sequences and Bulk Emails
  • Book baseline of 5-8 qualified meetings/week with CIOs, IT VPs, IT Directors and Senior Managers, and other decision-makers
  • Personalize outreach using LinkedIn automation and ChatGPT
  • Update lead records and track engagement activities in Close.com
  • Maintain accurate lead status, call outcomes, and meeting details in Close.com.
  • Use Hubstaff to log time and ensure shift alignment
  • Attend daily team check-ins via Microsoft Teams and weekly progress meetings
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on messaging strategy and targeting
  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and contribute to sales pipeline growth

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound SDR, BDR, or cold calling roles (B2B preferred)
  • Fluent English speaker with confident phone communication and minimal accent
