This position is structured to allow for a remote work setting while operating within an outpatient framework. • Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver tailored services to individuals and families, aimed at addressing and treating diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and draft initial discharge plans to guide treatment efforts, ensuring a clear pathway towards recovery for each patient.
• Conduct therapeutic sessions—whether individual, group, or family—aligned with each patient’s treatment plan, adapting methods as necessary to meet their unique needs.
• Develop initial treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, coordinating with other services and revising plans as required to improve treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services delivered, adhering to professional and facility standards, and updating records in response to ongoing assessments.
• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, participating in treatment team meetings, and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic service delivery to patients.
• Respond proactively to patient concerns, ensuring that any unmet needs are addressed swiftly and effectively.
• Recognize and uphold patient safety as a fundamental priority in every aspect of care.
• Fulfill additional tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisory staff or as needed to support operational efficacy.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Valid state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider is mandatory; candidates must hold licensure as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
• A strong understanding and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across various life stages is essential for effective client engagement.

• Experience with therapeutic interventions specifically tailored to children and adolescents is highly desirable.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
