Work Environment

This role operates primarily in a remote capacity, enabling you to offer services from your chosen location while connecting to clients via our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, utilizing tools such as standardized assessments and clinical interviews to establish their specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, incorporating evidence-based methodologies that are aligned with current best practices.
• Offer therapy sessions in various formats including individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health is maintained.
• Monitor clients' progress through consistent follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress and therapy outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive care, referencing a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population served includes a diverse range of individuals presenting with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential, with options including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapy services, particularly in an outpatient or remote setting.

• Ability to work autonomously in a home office setup while also being a cooperative team player in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits
