Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting compassionate and ethical mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Employing solution-based treatment modalities to effectively address client concerns and facilitate individual treatment plans.
• Establishing and customizing treatment goals tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Engaging in active listening, reflecting on clients’ experiences, emotions, and relationships to foster deeper insights.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Demonstrated absence of disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience
