• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet clients' diverse needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific circumstances and goals, ensuring consistent assessment and adjustment based on progress.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to provide comprehensive care and coordinate treatment strategies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and regulations to ensure clients' privacy and security.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and participate in treatment planning discussions to align therapeutic approaches with best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in regular training and professional development to stay informed about the latest methodologies and technologies in social work.

You will primarily serve a diverse client population that includes individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clients come from all walks of life, and you will have the opportunity to support them through tailored therapeutic approaches that respect their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
• Proficiency in performing diagnostic assessments and constructing effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in a clinical setting.

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or older adults.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices.
• Background in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees benefit from:
