• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, consistently reviewing progress and adjusting strategies to ensure effective outcomes.

You will be working primarily with individuals seeking support and recovery strategies in a detox center context. Our clientele includes those facing substance use challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a relevant setting.
