Their responsibilities may include preparing surgical instruments, ensuring a sterile environment, and remotely guiding or assisting on technical aspects of neurosurgery. This role leverages digital communication tools to collaborate with on-site medical teams, enhancing access to specialized support regardless of location. Remote Neuro Surgical Techs must have strong knowledge of neurosurgical procedures and excellent communication skills to work effectively from a distance.
