About the Job:
Shriners Children’s Spokane is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to support pediatric surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams to ensure a sterile field, prepare surgical instruments, and provide essential intraoperative support. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about pediatric surgical care and thrive in team-based clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures

  • Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment

  • Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies

  • Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical cases

  • Count sponges, needles, and instruments according to protocol

  • Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
