• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy via secure virtual platforms, adapting interventions to suit each client's preferences and maturity level.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and offer ongoing support, motivating clients throughout their journey toward healing.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, ensuring a holistic treatment path.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will be tasked with addressing these unique challenges by developing a strong therapeutic rapport and creating a supportive environment that encourages client growth.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate rapport and trust with clients in a remote setting.
• A high level of empathy, compassion, and understanding, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy that respects individual experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseload, therapy sessions, and necessary documentation.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering therapy services.
• A familiarity with evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care and culturally competent therapy techniques.
• Prior experience in school settings or working with children and adolescents is a plus but not mandatory.

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
