In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their unique needs and create individualized treatment plans.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Community Health Network, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and various life transitions. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting, demonstrating a capacity for effective client engagement.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare software for client management.
