• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, guiding them toward personalized treatment plans that effectively address their challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy methods delivered through secure virtual platforms, ensuring an engaging and effective client interaction while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with clients in establishing solid therapeutic goals, while providing ongoing support, encouragement, and adjustments to treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

Your work will involve a diverse array of clients, ranging from those dealing with anxiety and depression to individuals navigating issues related to trauma, family dynamics, and personal growth. • Possession of a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients remotely.

• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding of the complexities faced by clients in their mental health journeys.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure effective session management and documentation from a remote setting.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling and support.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
