This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to work from your own home or any location of your choice. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ therapeutic goals and progress, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities suited to their requirements.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that all interactions are meaningful, therapeutic, and tailored to the client’s preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance, helping clients to develop coping strategies and skills that empower them in their daily lives.

Our diverse client population includes individuals from all walks of life, facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain a positive therapeutic connection with clients in a remote setting.
• A deep sense of empathy and understanding toward clients' diverse experiences, ensuring a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance therapy sessions and documentation requirements.

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities is essential.
• Prior experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents, LGBTQ+ clients, or those with chronic mental illnesses, will be advantageous.
