The work facility within a detox center context ensures access to a network of professionals and resources dedicated to recovery and healing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize an array of methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to suit the diverse profiles of clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation regarding client progress, therapy session notes, and updates, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Given the detox center environment, therapists will also be responsible for clients navigating addiction recovery, requiring sensitivity, understanding, and tailored support strategies. You will have the opportunity to engage with diverse populations, helping them find pathways to wellness and stability.

Qualifications
  • Possess a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • Demonstrate proficient organizational and time-management skills, adept at balancing multiple clients and administrative responsibilities in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy in a remote format, utilizing technology effectively to enhance client engagement.
  • Keen interest or specialization in addiction counseling, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, contingent upon caseload and experience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance benefits covering medical, dental, and vision expenses.
  • Coverage for professional liability insurance to safeguard your practice.
  • Generous paid leave policy including vacation, sick time, and public holidays.
