We take care of billing and administrative tasks so you can focus on what you do best—providing excellent care to your clients.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to enhance their mental well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering greater self-awareness and stronger relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate, helping them articulate their goals and aspirations throughout the therapeutic process.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health status and craft personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and your clinical expertise.

Your work will primarily involve clients who are prescreened, ensuring they are stable with lower acuity mental health needs. This allows you to build a rapport and effectively implement treatment strategies tailored to their specific situations. Collaborating within our network, you will have access to resources that assist in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active independent license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) issued by the state board, as provisional licenses are not eligible.
• The ability to assess, evaluate, and make informed decisions regarding treatment plans and interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate, empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong technological proficiency, with the ability to navigate virtual therapy platforms and electronic record systems.

• Experience working in a remote counseling environment is a plus.
• Prior experience with varied populations and understanding of cultural competencies in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with best practices in telehealth and mental health counseling.
