• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, which will inform personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy through secure virtual platforms, adapting techniques to each client's unique background and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and provide ongoing motivation and support throughout their journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, ensuring adaptability to cater to the preferences of each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and outcomes to facilitate continuous improvement in care.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals grappling with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Proficient communication skills, capable of building rapport and fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective management of caseload and documentation processes.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in mental health.
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
