• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, ensuring clients feel safe and supported in their mental health journey.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes positive outcomes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and strategies, continually assessing and adjusting plans based on client feedback and observed progress.
• Facilitate insightful discussions that guide clients in exploring their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
• Track and monitor progress toward treatment goals, helping clients identify and implement healthy coping mechanisms.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Inner Harmony Therapy, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults. This client demographic presents a wide array of mental health needs, from stress and anxiety to depression and relationship issues. Your role is vital in helping these individuals gain the skills required to enhance their overall quality of life and emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license, permitting you to work independently. Candidates must submit their credentials and indicate their licensed state:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted. Candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their records.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help clients improve their mental health.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions, along with a dependable internet connection.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrable success in working with adult populations. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic approaches and previous experience in a remote counseling role is a plus.

Inner Harmony Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your work hours, experience, and patient load. Additional benefits include:
