Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate virtual counseling sessions via video chat, offering support and guidance to clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address a variety of mental health issues.
• Develop personalized and actionable treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client feedback.
• Facilitate client self-awareness by helping them explore their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote healthy coping mechanisms and ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a diverse range of mental health challenges. Our client-focused approach aims to empower individuals to improve their quality of life through therapeutic support and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued license to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Candidates with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.
• No ongoing disciplinary actions or complaints related to professional conduct.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to develop rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including a computer with video and audio capabilities, as well as reliable internet access.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services in a prior role, which is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Harmony Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, varying based on hours worked and client engagement. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for new hires, a weekly direct deposit for timely income, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to support your well-being.
