  • Utilize the counselor portal for scheduling, documentation, and client management, ensuring minimal paperwork and streamlining the counseling process.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health challenges. Our goal is to assist these individuals in developing essential skills and resilience, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. By addressing their specific needs through compassionate therapeutic interventions, you contribute to their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms for video sessions.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for effective remote counseling.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of practical experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing mental health counseling, is preferred. Proven excellence in client communication and therapeutic rapport-building will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your hours and experience.
  • A sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
