• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, guiding them through their mental health challenges and facilitating discussions around their emotions and experiences.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

Our client base consists of pre-screened individuals who are typically stable, with low acuity mental health needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An independent license to practice in your state, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is necessary. Provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Proven ability to conduct professional assessments and formulate treatment plans based on empirical evidence and clinical experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Adeptness in using computer systems and telehealth platforms for efficient service delivery and documentation.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions, especially in a fully remote environment.
