Own FullStack's SMB engine as a business owner: high-velocity services, SaaS-like subscriptions, and standardized delivery. You'll scale recurring revenue (MRR) through AI applications and automation, implement self-service client interactions, build light-touch funnels, and help shape the internal product roadmap (client portal, AI-ready talent, packaged AI services).
