  • Build trusted, consultative relationships by understanding each client's mission, fundraising objectives, organizational priorities, and long-term goals.
  • Execute integrated fundraising strategies across direct mail, digital, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Participate in annual planning, campaign strategy sessions, budgeting, quarterly business reviews, and client presentations.
  • Partner with clients to uncover opportunities that strengthen donor engagement, increase fundraising effectiveness, and advance their mission.
  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign strategy, client communications, meeting notes, action items, and project decisions.
  • Plan and lead weekly client status meetings, establish meeting agendas, document decisions and next steps, and drive accountability by tracking and following up on action items with clients and internal teams.
  • Keep Account Directors informed of client progress, potential risks, and emerging opportunities.
Campaign Leadership
  • Guide fundraising campaigns from planning through execution while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison throughout the creative development process.
  • Review creative concepts, copy, proofs, and campaign materials prior to client presentation.
  • Coordinate campaign approvals and production milestones to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Performance & Analytics
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Help translate fundraising data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Assist in developing campaign analyses, reports, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend testing strategies to improve results over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner effectively with Creative, Project Management, Production, Digital, and Analytics teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment by proactively solving problems, navigating ambiguity, and finding creative ways to move projects forward.
  • Lead projects through influence by creating clarity, alignment, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client outcomes, internal processes, and overall team effectiveness.

Keys to Success
Successful candidates:
  • Build trust quickly with clients and colleagues.
  • Think strategically while executing with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
  • Experience in direct response fundraising or nonprofit marketing.

  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms.
