Senior Brand & Communications Designer

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and highly creative Senior Brand & Communications Designer to lead the development of compelling visual communications that strengthen our brand, engage employees, and support business objectives. This role combines brand stewardship, campaign development, storytelling, and executive communications to create impactful experiences across a variety of channels.

The ideal candidate is an experienced visual communicator with strong presentation design skills, a deep understanding of brand systems, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Systems & Identity

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve brand systems that ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Create visual guidelines, templates, and design standards that support scalable brand adoption.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure brand integrity across campaigns, presentations, and communications materials.

Campaign Design

  • Lead creative development and execution of integrated communication and marketing campaigns.
  • Design compelling visual assets across digital, print, presentation, and event channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into engaging campaign experiences.

Storytelling & Communications

  • Transform complex concepts and business strategies into clear, audience-focused visual stories.
  • Create engaging content that drives understanding, alignment, and action among diverse audiences.
  • Support executive and leadership communications through thoughtful narrative development and design.

Executive Presentations

  • Design high-impact presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, company events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, structure content, and elevate visual storytelling.
  • Ensure presentations communicate key messages with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

Internal Communications

  • Develop communication materials that support employee engagement, culture initiatives, organizational change, and company-wide announcements.
  • Create visually compelling assets that simplify information and encourage employee connection.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful employee experiences.
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design, communications design, or a related creative field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, and executive presentations.
  • Experience supporting executive stakeholders and leadership communications.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in PowerPoint and presentation design.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and information design.
  • Experience creating scalable design systems and templates.
