  • Interaction & Flow Storytelling: Create motion assets such as transitions, micro interactions, walkthroughs, and flow demonstrations based on provided direction.
  • Executive & Narrative Support: Assist with motion and short form video assets, including portions of sizzle reels, to support executive storytelling and product vision communication.
  • AI Enabled Creation: Learn and apply AI assisted tools to support ideation, prototyping, and production of motion assets.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and storytellers to integrate motion into end to end experiences.
  • Standards & Quality: Follow brand, accessibility, and UX standards across all motion deliverables.
  • Foundational understanding of motion design and animation principles, with an interest in applying motion to UX and product experiences. Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with designers and partners. Comfort using industry standard motion tools and openness to learning AIassisted workflows.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with UX concepts such as user flows, interaction design, and usability principles
  • Interest in AI based design or motion tools
  • Portfolio or samples demonstrating motion, animation, or visual storytelling work
  • Basic knowledge of animation timing, easing, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fast moving environment
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn from peers and mentors
  • Curiosity about motion, UX, and emerging design tools
