Responsibilities for Marketing Producer include but are not limited to:

· Drive project roadmaps and production strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key results.

· Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex creative and production challenges.

· Anticipate risks and future production issues, proactively creating mitigation plans.

· Lead the production lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring excellence in execution.

· Manage complex content creation projects across multiple workstreams and teams.

· Develop compelling stories and creative experiences tailored to diverse audiences.

· Recommend and implement creative production techniques that optimize quality, efficiency, and impact.

· Ensure content aligns with brand, product, and marketing objectives.

· Establish and drive creative and technical direction for content and media projects.

· Influence project outcomes by defining production standards, processes, templates, and best practices.

· Conduct reviews, interviews, screenings, and creative evaluations across disciplines.

· Guide creative and technical refinements to achieve optimal results.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, platform resources, agencies, vendors, and external partners.

· Evaluate third-party resources, creative concepts, production proposals, and partnership opportunities.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, product, and production teams.

· Lead content creation teams and influence cross-functional workgroups.

· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Promote inclusive decision-making, psychological safety, and equitable participation in team environments.

· Facilitate effective communication across creative, technical, and business stakeholders.

Candidates for Marketing Producer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, Film, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.

· Extensive experience managing end-to-end content creation and production projects.

· Expertise in content strategy, media production, creative development, publishing, and production operations.

· Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

· Experience collaborating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

· Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

· Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri

Pay Details: $92.77 per hour
