• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and understand the mental health needs of each client, with a focus on establishing a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices aimed at achieving measurable client outcomes.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment strategies to meet their evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing significant distress or acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic care tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research, treatment methodologies, and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic methods.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to interpret client behaviors and emotions accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues in a remote setting.
• Empathetic and client-focused, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey to better mental health.

• A solid understanding of ethical guidelines and best practices within mental health care.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on telehealth.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management is highly preferred to support clients in acute distress.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices will enable you to adapt quickly to our virtual environment.
