The IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. The IT Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

TheITProjectManageris responsible for leading and delivering complexprojects within the workflow and storage domains. This role overseesprojectplanning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. TheITPM collaborates with cross-functional teams, managesprojectrisks, and ensures the successful implementation of solutions that optimize business processes and storage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-endprojectmanagement for initiatives related to workflow automation and storage systems.

  • Defineprojectscope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Develop detailedprojectplans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.

  • Identify and manageprojectrisks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication amongprojectparticipants.

  • Ensureprojectdeliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field

  • ProjectManagement certification (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent)

This position follows a remote work style however the candidate must live close to one of our designated IT locations: Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; New York City; Washington, D.C: Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
