Director of Product / Head of Product

ABOUT US
Reflex Media is a next-generation high-tech marketing company led by our Founder & CEO, an MIT alumnus. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, our business is as much data, software, and artificial intelligence as it is business operations and customer service. We also create at the forefronts of psychology, economics, music, literature, art, fashion, cinematography, and the science of marketing. Our company culture can best be described in three words: growth, passion, and excellence. Our Founder, who subscribes to the philosophy "what cannot be measured cannot be managed," is committed to creating an environment where the opportunity to grow is unbounded. As a company where you get back as much as you put in, we are best suited for individuals who are looking not for a job but rather an opportunity to grow and significantly add. In short, we are a company where superstars are developed.
THE ROLE
Seeking.com is the world's largest premium dating platform, and our mandate is to grow the business tenfold, not incrementally. That target is not met by a Product Manager who ships a roadmap on schedule and calls it a win. It is met by an operator who treats their product area like their own business, who does the work personally instead of only directing it, and who already uses AI-assisted, agent-augmented workflows as a daily habit rather than an experiment.
As Product Manager, you will own Seeking's core web and native mobile experience: onboarding, discovery, messaging, and profile. You will set the roadmap, defend it with data, and personally lead the research, specs, prototypes, and experiments behind your highest-impact bets. You will work directly with our Director of Product and Head of Product, and your work will be judged on the metrics you move, not the tickets you close.
This is not a role for someone looking for a well-scoped job and a steady paycheck. We are looking for a superstar: someone hungry to prove what a single high-agency operator can do at 10x speed, who wants to build a career, not hold a title.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Superstar Operators, Not Process Managers: You have owned a product area before and driven specific, referenceable outcomes. You can name the metric you moved and by how much.
  • Agent-Native, Not AI-Curious: You use Claude, Claude Code, or comparable AI tooling every day as part of how you research, spec, and prototype. This is already how you work, not something you are exploring.
  • Obsessive About the Details: You have a defensible, borderline-obsessive eye for UX, and you can explain exactly why a flow loses users at step three.
  • Relentlessly High-Agency: You do not wait for permission or perfect information. You drive from idea to launch to iteration without being managed.
  • Business-Minded: You think in conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization by instinct, without being asked.
  • Hungry for More: You are not looking for a comfortable seat. You want to prove you can operate at a level most of the industry has not caught up to yet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own & Defend the Roadmap: Own the core experience roadmap end to end, translate business strategy into a sequenced set of testable bets, and defend your prioritization to the Director of Product and CEO.
  • Do the Work Personally: Personally lead the highest-impact bets in your area, from market and competitive research through prototyping, spec writing, and launch, rather than only directing others.
  • Agentic Operating Model: Build and use agent-assisted workflows daily to move at 10x speed, and be ready to show, not just describe, how you work this way.
  • Experimentation & Data: Design, run, and interpret A/B tests on engagement, conversion, and retention, and bring evidence, not opinions, to every roadmap conversation.
  • Business Outcomes: Tie every initiative to a specific conversion, retention, LTV, or revenue impact, and own the North Star and input metrics for your area.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Design, Engineering, QA, and our in-house overseas technical team, and set the standard other Product Managers are measured against.
  • Develop the Bar: As your ownership proves out, mentor Associate and mid-level Product hires on the same high-agency, agent-native operating model.
  • Executive Communication: Communicate roadmap decisions, risks, and results with the clarity and rigor expected at the Director and CEO level.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. An MBA or technical Master's is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning a consumer-facing (B2C) web or mobile product. Dating, social, subscription, or marketplace experience is a strong plus.
  • Referenceable Growth Track Record: Specific features or products you led with specific, measurable outcomes. If you cannot name the metric you moved and by how much, this is not the role for you.
  • Daily, Fluent Use of Agentic AI Tools: Claude, Claude Code, or comparable. You will be asked to demonstrate this in the interview, not just describe it.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Do the Work, Not Just Direct It: You can point to recent product work where you personally drove the research, prototype, spec, and launch.
  • Obsessive UX & Design Judgment: You can critique and defend product design choices at the level of a senior product designer.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable reading APIs, data schemas, and basic SQL, and able to write specs engineers can build from directly.
  • Business Instincts: Fluent in conversion, LTV, retention, monetization, and payback period without prompting.
  • Outstanding Written Communication: Specs, briefs, and decision docs that are a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck.
  • Extreme Ownership: A track record of treating your product area like your own business, and driving it without being managed.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with agent orchestration or MCP-based workflows.
  • Public work we can look at: a portfolio, prototypes, case studies, or technical writing.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with native mobile products (iOS and/or Android).

BENEFITS & PERKS
  • 99% coverage of our medical base plan, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 65% coverage of our medical base plan, dental, and vision insurance for qualified dependents.
  • 100% coverage of short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance for qualified employees.
  • 50% 401(k) match up to 6% per month.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • And so much more!
