Lead Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer (with DevOps expertise)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise
    • 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform development.
    • Strong experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
    • Deep understanding of Power Platform ALM, solution packaging, configuration migration, and environment management.
    • Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Fx, PCF development, TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, and Azure Functions.
    • Experience with Test Automation frameworks for Power Platform/D365 (EasyRepro, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
    • Solid knowledge of Azure ecosystem services (Service Bus, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Functions, App Insights).
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Proven experience in leading development teams and enforcing DevOps best practices.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as:
    • PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
    • PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
    • AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert
    • MB-600: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
  • Experience with multi-tenant environments, Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, and environment governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to Finance & Operations (F&O) DevOps practices alongside Power Platform/D365 CE.
