Job Summary:
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and optimization of the Power Platform Center of Excellence toolkit. This role requires expertise across the Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on AI administration, Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, and Dynamics 365 CRM management.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
• Design and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps tailored to business requirements.
• Ensure consistent workflows, documentation, and governance across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including enablement, compliance, and monitoring.
• Administer and support AI capabilities across Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Provide expertise in Copilot Studio to enhance automation and streamline solution development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven improvements in reporting, analytics, and business processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform.
• 8+ years of troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging applications.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including data modeling and visualization.
• 3+ years of experience with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong background in creating and managing reports and dashboards, with an emphasis on data modeling and visualization best practices.
• Hands-on experience upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Power Platform CoE toolkit.
• Skilled in leveraging Copilot Studio for development, automation, and governance.
• Proven ability to design intuitive and functional Canvas apps.
• Solid track record in administering, customizing, and integrating D365 CRM.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
• Working knowledge of Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory and analytics tools.
