Description
We are seeking a client-facing consultant who combines hands-on Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot development expertise with strong business analysis and communication skills. This role partners directly with customers to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver secure, scalable AI-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Copilot Agent Development
  • Lead client discovery and business process assessments to identify, prioritize, and articulate Copilot and agentic use cases aligned to business outcomes.
  • Design, build, and deploy Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio and AI Foundry, balancing technical feasibility, governance constraints, and customer considerations.
  • Implement agentic workflows that integrate with Microsoft 365, business applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Prepare and shape customer data for effective use within Copilot experiences, ensuring alignment with AI readiness best practices.

Power Platform Solution Development
  • Design and build Power Platform solutions that address clearly defined business problems, with an emphasis on usability, adoption, and long-term maintainability.
  • Develop automated workflows that integrate Microsoft 365 and line-of-business applications.
  • Define and implement solution architectures using custom connectors and managed solutions, ensuring alignment with client governance, security, and operational standards.

Integration, Automation & Extensibility
  • Develop solutions that bridge Copilot, Power Platform, Azure services, and line-of-business systems.
  • Support API integration, data transformation, and operational logic using PowerFx, JavaScript, C#, or Azure Functions.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of delivered solutions.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement
  • Partner closely with Interlink's Modern Work, Security, and Data & AI teams to align technical solutions with customer goals.
  • Facilitate customer discovery sessions, ask effective clarifying questions, and translate business needs into clear solution architectures and actionable delivery plans.
  • Provide enablement to client teams on solution usage, best practices, and lifecycle management.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience developing solutions using the Power Platform or broader Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, or conversational AI frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform governance, connectors, and environment strategies.
  • Technical proficiency with PowerFx, JavaScript, C#, or Azure Functions (any combination).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and guide customers toward informed decisions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and architectural decisions.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience building Copilot plugins, custom connectors, or agentic workflows.
  • Background in consulting or customer-facing solution delivery.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, API integrations, and automation patterns.
  • Familiarity with data modeling
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications include PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, and Copilot Studio/AI Engineer.
