This role is conducted in a completely remote setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience. As an LMFT with Heartfelt Healing Services, you will connect with clients from the comfort of your home office, employing video conferencing software to hold engaging and productive therapy sessions. You will have regular access to a supportive team environment, including supervision and collaboration with fellow mental health professionals.

• Deliver impactful weekly therapy sessions using synchronous live video, addressing diverse emotional disorders and relationship challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to effectively address family relationship issues, unhealthy behavioral patterns, and a variety of personal concerns.
• Utilize advanced telehealth tools and software to facilitate remote consultations, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Encourage clients and their families to develop practical coping skills and constructive strategies for addressing their challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs, providing accurate diagnoses and crafting treatment plans aligned with their therapeutic goals.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse range of clients who may struggle with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and other psychological challenges. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, qualifying you for licensure as an LMFT.
• An active LMFT license, demonstrating your commitment to high professional standards in mental health practice.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with at least one year of direct client work within the last three years.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and video conferencing software for teletherapy; prior telemedicine experience is highly desirable.
• A strong foundation in clinical theories and evidence-based practices for diagnosing and treating both mental and physical health dysfunctions.

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with outpatient therapy modalities.
• Knowledge of virtual therapy techniques and an understanding of the challenges and benefits of remote service delivery.
• Training in trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices, ensuring that care is sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
