• Conduct individual therapy sessions via our secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations, establishing a clear understanding of their mental health challenges and goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each client, drawing upon evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Track client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as clients evolve in their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers when a multidisciplinary approach is required for comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in therapeutic practices and contribute to our ongoing organizational learning efforts.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals and couples to families facing various challenges, such as relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our clients seek therapists who understand their unique needs and can provide culturally sensitive and supportive care. Your skills as an LMFT will be instrumental in addressing the intricate dynamics of family systems and enabling clients to navigate their emotional landscapes effectively.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy, particularly in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or solution-focused therapy.
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes.
