• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans through thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of each client’s needs.
• Monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in real-time to align with evolving client goals.
• Collaborate proactively with other mental health professionals and specialists when necessary to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive care approach.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

This position involves working with a diverse population, including individuals and families facing relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our clients vary in age, background, and experiences, which requires sensitivity, adaptability, and culturally competent therapeutic techniques. Your role as an LMFT will play a significant part in helping clients navigate their challenges and foster healthier relationships.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Demonstrated competency in providing individual therapy and fostering client engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• A strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with online counseling platforms.
• Continuing education or specialization in family therapy methodologies or therapeutic techniques.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, couples therapy, or specialized populations (e.g., LGBTQ+ individuals, multicultural backgrounds).

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
