As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Centered Mind Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on a range of issues that affect family dynamics.
• Assessing client needs and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to address specific challenges, such as grief, job stress, and communication difficulties.
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address conflicts among family members and improve relational communication.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our practice to provide comprehensive care.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents who experience various mental health and relationship challenges. Areas of focus will include:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency.
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery.
• Grief and loss resolutions.
• Conflicts among family members and siblings.
• Facilitating adjustments for blended families and navigating remarriage challenges.
• Helping clients cope with separation, divorce, and adjustment processes.
• Addressing communication difficulties within familial relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active LMFT state license in Arizona.
• Strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and achieving clinical excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We seek therapists who bring the following preferred experience:

• Previous work in outpatient settings, focusing on family and marriage therapy.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic client schedule, raising your availability to at least 30 hours per week.
