Work Environment

This position offers flexible remote work options, allowing you to create your own schedule while fulfilling patient needs. With minimal administrative tasks and an established system to manage referrals, you'll be able to dedicate your time and effort to your patients, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to offer therapeutic services to individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop suitable, individualized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Administer diverse therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting your methods to align with client preferences and requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and align with best practice standards.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with fellow clinicians to ensure a patient-centered approach to care.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of care quality.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families, ensuring they are informed about their mental health concerns and treatment options.
• Stay current with developments within the mental health field and integrate innovative approaches into your clinical practice.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindful Recovery Therapy, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic mental health issues, those experiencing crisis situations, and families needing support during difficult times. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in a setting that focuses on psychotherapy services.
• A strong foundation in solution-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, paired with analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with evidence-based psychological therapies, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and a history of working in outpatient community-based services are advantageous. Compensation and Benefits
