Wellnest Counselling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Buckeye, Arizona, with a fully remote work setting. This position is designed for a remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Our therapists enjoy the autonomy of working from home while being supported by a team of dedicated mental health professionals. With a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have the opportunity to manage your time effectively while delivering impactful therapy sessions.

• Deliver remote therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify their specific needs and create tailored treatment plans that foster emotional growth and resolve relational issues.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to facilitate positive change and support clients through their unique challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate actively with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Stay informed on best practices in therapy and telehealth, adapting treatment approaches according to emerging evidence and trends in mental health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including supervision or consultation, to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

As an LMFT at Wellnest Counselling Center, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of relational and emotional challenges. Your focus will be on delivering tailored therapy that addresses issues such as marriage and family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our clients are seeking supportive, understanding, and effective therapy that fosters meaningful change and enhances their emotional well-being.

• A current and active LMFT license in Arizona or eligibility for licensure.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a commitment to understanding and applying therapeutic techniques related to marriage and family dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in providing therapy to individuals and families, with a specialization in marriage and family therapy.

• Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms, virtual therapy best practices, and technology tools that facilitate remote counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, reflecting a strong capacity for empathy, active listening, and effective engagement with clients.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
• A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring the protection of sensitive client information.
• A passion for helping clients achieve emotional well-being and significant life changes through structured therapeutic support.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and additional employee perks.
