Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location and Role Details

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time telehealth position gives you space to focus on direct client care. In this LPC role, you will provide structured therapy, create realistic treatment goals, and support clients as they work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, coping skills, and practical counseling support. It is a strong fit for someone who communicates well, documents clearly, and values consistent client follow-through.

This position is ideal for a counselor who can combine active listening, clear treatment goals, and practical clinical support in every session.

Responsibilities

        Conduct telehealth counseling sessions from a private, professional remote workspace

        Support clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps

        Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving strategies

        Prepare assessments, progress notes, and care plan updates

        Recognize when a higher level of care or outside referral may be appropriate

        Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clear clinical judgment

Requirements

        Active Arizona LPC license in good standing

        Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Professional Counselor licensure

        Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role

        Comfort using electronic health records, secure video tools, and remote documentation workflows.

        Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful.
