As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Insightful Futures Counseling, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and family workshops, promoting a supportive environment for shared experiences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to devise comprehensive care strategies for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health are addressed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality is prioritized.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and relevant technology to manage client information and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, enhancing the holistic approach to client treatment.
