• Conduct thorough assessments for clients to identify their mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to foster positive client outcomes, adjusting techniques as necessary based on client progress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with current best practices and engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and research.

Your primary focus will be working with a varied client population facing mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents in a school setting, fostering resilience and personal growth. By employing solution-focused therapies, you will help clients develop coping strategies and enhance their emotional health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Illinois is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a remote team environment while remaining self-motivated and dedicated to client care.

• Prior experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities is highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with added bonuses to reward your hard work.
