• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to address clients' specific needs.
• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and solution-focused counseling, to support positive student outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including teachers and school administrators, to coordinate care and provide holistic support.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health interventions.

As an LCSW at Empower Mentor Therapy, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
