A Remote Sales Role Built Around Real Client Conversations

A strong career can start with the right training and the opportunity to learn by doing.

AO Globe Life is looking for Entry-Level Client Sales Representatives to join its remote team. This position is a good fit for individuals who are confident communicating with others, willing to learn, and interested in developing professional sales and client service skills.

Previous sales or insurance experience is not required. Training and guidance are provided to help new representatives understand the products, client process, and responsibilities of the role.

Rather than spending the day making unsolicited calls, representatives work with scheduled client appointments and help individuals understand their available insurance and supplemental benefit options.

The Day-to-Day

  • Connect with clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Learn about each client's questions, priorities, and coverage needs
  • Present available insurance and supplemental benefit solutions
  • Provide clear answers and professional customer service
  • Help clients understand the next steps in the application process
  • Document client interactions and maintain organized records
  • Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Apply feedback to continuously improve communication and sales skills
