Job Description: The client, an AdTech company with a SaaS platform, is seeking a Contract Product Designer to support their Activation team. This role focuses on the design strategy behind how customers execute, optimize, and scale their media investments spanning Omnichannel surfaces, AI-driven optimization patterns, and campaign management tools.

Job Summary

  • Design new features in Figma, including dashboards, charts, forms, and data visualizations
  • Support Omnichannel workflows (e.g., integrating specialized formats like DOOH into unified experiences)
  • Contribute to Optimization patterns, including AI-driven optimization interactions
  • Translate technical concepts like frequency/volume capping into user-friendly controls
  • Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs on a weekly cadence
  • Partner daily with Product Managers and Engineers, working within 2-week Agile sprints
  • Present designs, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on PM/Engineering input
  • Provide weekly status updates on assigned deliverables

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years of Product Design experience, required
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, tokens/primitives, and modes
  • Experience designing SaaS products, required
  • Experience using (not necessarily building) a design system
  • Strong foundational skills in information architecture and visual design
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain and defend design decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AdTech, FinTech, or MarTech background
  • Experience with automation tools, conversational interfaces, or AI-assisted workflows
  • Experience designing high-throughput transactional systems, inventory management, or frequency/pacing controls
  • Understanding of standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support engineering handoffs
