• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and challenges.

Your primary focus will be supporting a diverse range of clients coping with trauma, anxiety, and depression. We work with individuals from various backgrounds, including underserved populations, providing culturally sensitive and individualized care. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will empower clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal recovery goals.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team settings while also being capable of working independently.

• Experience in providing therapy for trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Familiarity with solution-focused brief therapy or other evidence-based practices.
• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.
