• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs, utilizing clinical interviews, standardized testing, and observational techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient goals, drawing upon evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide direct mental health counseling services to clients, including children and adolescents, to help them navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on addressing trauma-related concerns, including PTSD, helping clients cultivate coping skills and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant medical records, ensuring all documentation meets legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in behavior management techniques to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges, enhancing their quality of life.
• Participate actively in clinical research initiatives, contributing to innovative approaches that improve treatment methodologies and foster positive patient outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is mandatory.

The compensation for the role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
