Customer Service Representative (Remote – USA)

Pay Rate: $19.23 per hour

Position Overview

Adecco is hiring a detail-oriented and technically proficient Customer Service Representative for a full-time, fully remote opportunity. This role involves processing, reviewing, auditing, and verifying information using proprietary software systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry, computer, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and experience reviewing information for accuracy. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, managing large amounts of data, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Please Note: Candidates selected for consideration will be required to complete a KPH (Keystrokes Per Hour) Data Entry Assessment. Only candidates whose resumes clearly demonstrate the required skills and experience will be considered for submission.

Schedule & Training
  • Standard Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Rotational Shift: Following successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, employees will rotate into a later shift of 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Training: Conducted remotely; comprehensive training provided on proprietary software systems

  • Company-provided computer and telephone equipment
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify information with a high degree of accuracy
  • Retrieve, analyze, review, and validate data and documentation
  • Audit records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize proprietary software systems to complete updates and transactions
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and account information
  • Maintain detailed records and supporting documentation
  • Communicate updates, discrepancies, and findings to appropriate internal departments
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support
  • Ensure all work is completed with exceptional attention to detail
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous data entry experience required
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior auditing, quality review, or document verification experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
