• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy in your practice.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, couples, and families, providing support and guidance through various mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay current with the latest research and practices in mental health counseling.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

The LPC will primarily serve individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, and substance abuse. We focus on providing services to underserved populations who may have difficulty accessing traditional mental health resources, ensuring everyone receives the care they deserve.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) issued by the state.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting, is essential to this role.
• Solid understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, demonstrating respect and understanding for various disciplines.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related telehealth platforms for documenting client interactions.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is strongly preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
