Founded in 1983, we are headquartered in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, with offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Salt Lake City, Utah. JSH defends clients of all sizes, across multiple industries in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. Clients are represented by trial and appellate attorneys who are familiar with the industries they serve and the current needs of their clients. Today, JSH has over 130 attorneys and 130 legal support staff, many of whom have spent their entire career at JSH.
JSH is growing and seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join our Transportation Team. Ideal candidates will have their paralegal certificate, have a strong litigation background dealing with medical record summarization, meetings with experts, gathering documents for expert review, and disclosure statements. Additionally, we are looking for experience and familiarity with Federal and State Rules, heavy document review, experience with Relativity and knowledge of expert witnesses which is desirable but not required. Prior experience in transportation litigation and/or Insurance Defense experience a plus. Candidates must be highly motivated and have a stable work history, exceptional communication, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
