Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a variety of formats, including group therapy, family counseling, and individual sessions.
• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, enhancing treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Engage actively in continued education opportunities, workshops, and training programs to stay informed about current developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Carecube Medical Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients who may have limited access to care, allowing them to embark on pathways to recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• An active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas is essential.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating competence in delivering therapeutic services.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems and telehealth technologies to manage client information efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
